New ISP Review Survey (Poll)

ISP Review has just started a new poll, which asks: "Does your ISP include anti-spam/virus filtering?". The results from last weeks poll ("Do you read ISP Terms & Conditions before joining?") are as follows:
Do you read ISP Terms & Conditions before joining?
No - I skip it - 39.6%
Only specific bits - 34.6%
Yes - 25.5%
What's a T&C? - 0.1%
Total Votes = 598
Thankfully almost everybody knew what Terms & Conditions (T & C's) are, yet just 25% of respondents read the whole document, while 35% simply looked for the bits they considered important.
More worrying is the fact that a massive 40% skipped the T&Cs entirely, potentially leaving them uninformed about certain service use limitations and quality restrictions etc.
