Sounding strikingly familiar to
Plusnet's offer, ISP Topletter has followed suit by offering free broadband ADSL migration to a rival. This is only valid if a customer finds fault within the first 60 days of service:
Topletter launches broadband promise
New customers signing up to any of Topletters broadband packages can now do so with confidence thanks to the Topletter broadband promise. The company is so confident about the quality of its broadband service that if during the first 60 days of your subscription, you are not entirely satisfied, they will pay the migration cost for you to move to another provider.
This offer runs in conjunction with their free migration offer which allows customers to migrate their broadband connection to Topletter for free.
The company has also recently improved its unmetered dialup package by removing the monthly connection time limit and reducing the price. Subscribers to the Topletter unmetered package can now enjoy unlimited time online for just £12.49 a month.
