Host Europe Re-Brands To Pipex

The website hosting provider, Host Europe, which was acquired by UK ISP Pipex during April this year for £31m, has now renamed itself to the same as that of its parent - Pipex Communications:
Leading web host Host Europe PLC rebrands as PIPEX Communications Hosting Ltd
Following the acquisition of leading web host Host Europe PLC by communications specialists PIPEX Communications PLC, the Host Europe company name will change to PIPEX Communications Hosting Ltd. Host Europe PLC has now been delisted from the London Stock Exchange AIM Market and the rebrand will take place with full effect from the 19th of July.
The newly-expanded PIPEX strongly believes that the changes will work to the advantage of all our customers. The combined product sets are extremely complementary, and both companies have a history of placing great emphasis on delivering a high-quality service and excellent customer support to thousands of customers.
Through this acquisition, PIPEX is therefore in a position to deliver a powerful set of class-leading hosting and telecommunications services through an expanded product range that includes hosting, connectivity, security products, voice services and managed services. Access to an enhanced fibre network and additional datacentres will provide further speed, resilience and security to support our customers' businesses across the UK and Europe.
Host Europe's key products, 123-reg.co.uk, WebFusion, Magic Moments and Dedicated Servers will continue to operate as sub-brands under the PIPEX banner for the foreseeable future. Existing customers have been kept fully informed about the rebrand process and the additional opportunities that becoming part of PIPEX will offer.
