Zen Internet has extended the availability of its FREE technical support services to between the hours of 8am and 8pm on weekdays. Full support will also operate from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays:
The extended hours service follows the launch of Zen's new technical support Web site - http://www.zensupport.co.uk - offering customers and broadband users easy access to a comprehensive library of detailed help and useful technical information.
"We are constantly looking to improve our existing high standards of service for business and home-user customers" said Zen's managing director, Richard Tang, "These extended hours will be especially welcome news for everyone".
At home or at work, Zen customers have grown accustomed to better than average technical support - whenever they might need it.
That's something that won't change, according to Richard Tang. "We have always placed great importance on our support service", he said. "It's absolutely fundamental. Many ISPs offer only low-level support at the first port of call and frontline staff have to pass your query on if it's the least bit complicated. Calls can take a long time when you have to repeat everything several times and you're often put on hold, even if you're paying for the privilege. At Zen, we aim to ensure that all enquiries can be dealt with effectively from the outset by staff with the necessary training and expertise."
