ISP's Gain ADSL Migration Flexibility

BTWholesale has increased the flexibility on "bulk" broadband ADSL migrations to allow changes of speed. Previously providers could only mass-migrate to a new platform by keeping users at the same service speed:
This only seems to apply to the following "Bulk Migrations" (basically just for ISP's) at the moment, so isn't yet available for end users:
IPSTREAM TO DATASTREAM
DATASTREAM TO IPSTREAM
DATASTREAM TO DATASTREAM (which is a new option)
The UK-Bug item notes that prices remain unchanged.
