Brightview, the group behind several UK ISPs (IC24, Madasafish etc.) and Cleverview, is now officially out of administration:
It was bought by its original investors less than a week after being placed in administration following a dispute among shareholders.
In a brief statement the company said: "The original funders of Brightview have acquired all the assets out of administration in an entirely solvent manner. The operational side of the business was not affected."The Register notes that the problems haven't dampened the groups appetite for new ISPs as they claim to still be on the hunt for any that might become available.
There's also mention that several of their providers may soon be re-launched, including a few new packages.
