A small number of readers had complained to us that the pre-pay ISP
M.I.P Cards had recently become difficult to contact. Keith was finally able to get in touch and found out that this is due to their support centre being relocated:
We are relocating our call centre; therefore some users that call our premium number might not be able to get through.
We have posted a notice on our support section
