THUS Preps Capital Radio Broadband

THUS Telecom, the operator behind UK ISP Demon Internet, has won a new contract to supply Capital Radio with an unspecified broadband network:
The new network will enable distribution of live and pre-recorded audio content throughout Capital Radio's national network of stations, as well as a webstreaming platform.
According to Thus, it will allow live broadcasts from any Capital Radio location, enabling stations to broadcast high-quality content, such as celebrity interviews with stars, to which they would not normally have access.
The netimperative.info item reports that the new network should offer CR a 100 times boost in bandwidth over their old network, while also saving money.
