WHSmithnet puts Subscribers first with Net Access
It was announced today that Vitaldata, a division of Net Access Limited, one of the UKs largest Internet Service Providers has acquired the WHSmith ISP customer base.
With WHSmithnets previous provider ceasing to trade recently, the transfer to Vitaldata will ensure that subscribers will maintain both their access to the Internet and email services without interruption. In addition, subscribers can be reassured that their email addresses, passwords and webspace will also remain unaffected.
The only change that affects subscribers is that their homepage will now be hosted by award winning* portal, breathe.com.
From Friday the 20th of June, subscribers have been contacted and asked to complete a simple upgrade that takes just a few minutes and ensures the continuation of their service. The upgrade also ensures that users will have easy access to a variety of new features and service improvements as they are introduced.
Chief Operating Officer of Vitaldata, Paul Hesketh is delighted at the outcome. He stresses: We are very pleased with this acquisition and we are dedicated to providing further benefits and service enhancements for these valued customers.
Net Access, also operate renowned portal services for Bush, Netcom, Macunlimited and Intensive, as well as delivering award-winning services for many high street brand names.
