Tekdata Network Solutions has today launched two new broadband ADSL devices, the Shiva LanRover 1080 Broadband Security Gateway and Shiva LanRover 3115. Both are designed to make ADSL surfing more secure:

Leading IT Security distributor Tekdata Network Solutions has launched the new Shiva LanRover 1080 Broadband Security Gateway, a comprehensive ADSL security appliance that enables enterprise-level customers to quickly and cost-effectively deploy secure communications networks.
The Midlands based supplier the Shiva Corporations sole UK distributor is aiming this all-in-one secure broadband connectivity and VPN gateway at enterprise networks which have branch offices and/or remote workers.

The high-performance, all-in-one appliance can securely host up to 1000 network connections simultaneously, making it particularly useful for distributed companies particularly those with multiple sites and/or home workers.
The easy to install solution can be managed centrally or remotely, and has other innovative features including a stateful inspection firewall, and unlimited user licenses for the Shiva VPN Client providing secure, cost-effective access for thousands of users.
