ICBroadband Offers ADSL @ £22.99

ICBroadband, a smaller UK broadband ADSL offering ISP, has sent us a brief price update to highlight their 512Kbps ADSL package, which costs £22.99 per month (£49.99 Activation):
We are a broadband ISP providing low cost home ADSL services (512k and 1MBit).
Our current monthly cost for 512k service is £22.99. Activation is £49.99, and our ADSL modems are £34.99. The service comes with 5 e-mail addresses, all with anti-virus and anti-spam protection. We are particularly proud of our human approach to technical support - the support team are always willing to offer advice and help to non-customers about their broadband service and ADSL in general.
The only negative points were a lack of openly displayed postal address and its another provider that hasnt put the first stage of its signup form behind a secure server.
