Telefónica has cut the line activation charges for its wholesale DataStream (non-BT) ADSL services from £50 (excl. VAT) to £25 (only for a limited period):
Reduction in Telefónica UK ADSL Line Activation Charge
Telefónica UK is pleased to announce today that line activation charges for its wholesale DataStream ADSL services will be reduced from £50 to £25 (excl. VAT) for a limited period.
This offer is available on all orders activated between 14th January and 28th April 2004. Applicable to all connections at speeds from 256kbps to 2mbit/s, the offer is additionally open to all existing and new customers signing contracts with Telefónica UK for supply of service before 14th January.

In addition to providing ADSL services to the ISP market, Telefónica UK provides modems, static IP addressing, radius services, L2TP termination or proxied services in addition to as upstream connectivity.
