UK ISP
DigitalServe has announced the withdrawal of its existing dialup packages, which are being replaced by "
cheaper" and more "
stable" alternatives. One of the new offers combines 50 hours surfing for £5.99 per month (first month @ £5):
The budget ISP DigitalServe continues to strive toward lower cost unmetered Dial-up packages.
From today the ISP will be withdrawing its current dialup packages, and introducing more stable and cheaper packages.
Lite package:
-50 hours per month
-12:1 contention ratio
-2 hour cut-off
-£5.00 for the first month then just £5.99 per month
Pro package:
- 160 hours per month
- 12:1 contention ratio
- 2 hour cut-off
- Just £10.99 per month.
Our lite package will make fixed rate internet perfect for homes that do not use the internet that often (just under 2 hours per day) but dont want to risk those uncertain phone bills users get from Pay as you Go (0845) internet access.
http://www.digitalserve.co.uk/unmetered.htmThe ISP is keen to point out that its Lite package is £4 per month cheaper than a similar alternative from
Gio Internet.
