V Two One Tops 60,000 Customers

UK ISP V Two One (V21) has managed to subscribe over 60,000 customers to its service. Upgrades to the dialup platform have also been completed and there's a new special offer, which is only valid should England win this afternoons match:

V21 have successfully expanded their network again and now boasts over 60,000 customers!
Steve Kaye, Managing Director explains 'We have now upgraded our dial platform again to accommodate the massive influx of new customers we have gained from our award winning dial up offers. We have also installed additional mail servers to enable our users to gain the email address's they require'
Steve Kaye continues 'To show our expansion success we are putting an unbelievable offer on the table, If England win the football match tonight against Switzerland we pledge to cut the price of our £9.99 Lite Extra package by a massive £9 for the amount of months that equal to the total of England's score'.
(i.e. if England win 3-1 then we will supply internet access for only 99pence per month for 3 months to all new customers that sign up within the following 2 days.)
