Tiscali UK has, in cooperation with PhotoBox, launched 'Tiscali Photos', an online picture sharing and development service for the ISPs subscribers:

Users of the leading internet service provider, Tiscali.co.uk, can now enjoy the benefits of an online photographic service thanks to Tiscali's link up with award winning online digital photography service PhotoBox.
