Nildram has extended its services by introducing a free (limited time offer) and "
simple" process for customers wishing to move house, specifically those with an existing broadband ADSL connection:
Broadband House Moves made Easy by Nildram
Leading UK Broadband Provider Nildram has announced a simple process for customers that wish to move house and take their Broadband with them.
The scheme is free of charge and applies to existing Nildram Broadband customers only, providing a simple process to move a Broadband account to a new address, with none of the charges, or downtime, that have applied in the past. Existing login and password details are preserved and, subject to circumstances, Nildram can even re-connect a Broadband service on the same day as the house move!
In order to ensure everything runs smoothly, Nildram ask for a minimum of 13 days notice and have pointed out that this free offer is available for a limited period only.

Andy Taylor, Nildrams Portfolio Manager comments: Nildram have a proven track record of supporting customer choice and ease of use in the Broadband Market we see todays announcement as another step in the right direction. He continues: Moving house is often said to be one of the most stressful things you can do we are pleased to be able to offer a service that makes it easy to move your Broadband connection, saving money and downtime in the process!Obviously this would only be effective when moving between areas covered with ADSL, theres not much any ISP could do if you re-locate to somewhere without.
