Three UK ISP's (vISPs for V21) have begun offering the first month of unmetered dialup access for just 99p. The providers are Electric Magic, FrostByte and DigitalServe:

- 5 Email accounts
- 10mb Webspace

The Standard account offers 224 inclusive hours per month and has a contention ration of 10:1. The mimimum term is 1 month.
