BT Yahoo! E-Mails Hit By SPAM Attack

BT Yahoo! has reported that some customers may suffer delayed e-mail after the ISP was hit by a large spam (junk e-mail) attack:
Asked to elaborate, a BT spokesman explained that the telco had suffered a "large spam attack over the weekend which resulted in one per cent of emails being delayed". He insisted that not all BT Yahoo! punters have been hit by the problem before adding that the company was currently working to deliver the backlog of emails.
