UK business ISP Entanet has claimed first place in Internet Magazine's website hosting performance tests:

Entanet, one of the UKs leading providers of business Internet services, has claimed the number one spot again in the hosting performance tests run on a regular basis and published by Internet Magazine*.
Entanet has appeared consistently in the top two fastest and most reliable hosting servers for the past two years. In 2002, Entanet clinched the number one position in the UK hosting charts a record number of six months in a row.
Entanet Vice President, John Tsai, says that the achievement is the result of continuous investment, a dedication to high levels of service, and technical excellence.
Recently, Entanet has upgraded its connection into the London Internet Exchange (LINX) to 1 Gbps and installed their own fibre ring to connect all their data centres in London Docklands.
