Zen Internet launches technical support Web site
Internet Service Provider, Zen Internet is pleased to announce the launch of its new technical support Web site www.zensupport.co.uk. The aim of the site is to offer its customers and other ADSL users a comprehensive library of useful technical information in addition to its existing telephone support help desk.
The site contains everything from a beginner's guide to ADSL and step-by-step instructions for new hardware or software to the latest status and performance reports on all the services that Zen Internet provides. The site also contains a forum that invites comment and questions to any problems that users might be experiencing.
Zen's new Web site is easy to navigate and search, and users can reference the extensive Knowledge Base.
"There is a wealth of information available to users of ADSL, and we wanted to help provide our customers and other users with informative articles on ADSL from one central location," said James Blessing, technical development, Zen Internet.
He continued: "We hope our forum section on the site will prove to be an extremely valuable resource for all broadband users. Users are free to access it for help and advice from members of the Zen team, and other contributors to the Forum."
Zen Internet is recognised as one of Britain's leading ISPs, having come top in a recent ADSLguide speed test. It offers a range of broadband Internet packages for both home and business users. These packages range from Zen ADSL Home 500 service offering broadband Internet connection at a minimum cost and at high speed (up to 512 kbps) to Zen ADSL Office 2000, a top of the range business solution that removes dial-up speed restrictions and can download documents up to 40 times faster than a standard dial-up modem.
