BTOpenworld suffered problems responding to certain customer issues over the weekend after their internal diagnostics team at the DSL support line suffered some form of network outage:
One support member told a reader that the internal system crash was a very unusual event, and attempted to do his best from memory.
The tech support team were left in the lurch because of the crash, although BT Openworld DSL was functioning just fine.Everything appears to be back to normal again now. More @
