Some of you may remember our last news item regarding the former unmetered dialup offering ISP, UKStamp, on 21st January 2003.
On that day we published news that the service was to suspend its unmetered operations and close related accounts on 17th February 2003.
Despite this UKStamp had "decided to progress the company by expanding our server hosting facilities, with ADSL planned to follow in March 2003."
Sadly this has not occurred and one of our readers, John, has now kindly pointed out that the former service is now officially into liquidation. Their website states..:
Cash4Links.net Limited, t/a UKStamp has gone into liquidation.
Any enquiries should be directed only in writing to the liquidators at:
John Harlow

UKStamp had previously attempted to refund any eligible former (advance payment) customers by 7th March, however we hear that some people haven't received it. Apparently the liquidators could be causing a few problems with the process.
