ISP AOL UK has, albeit somewhat later than others, dropped the £95 ADSL modem charge from its £27.99 per month broadband service:
AOL says the free modem deal follows price trials with selected members over the past three months. If you are an AOL subscriber, you can find out about the deal from at the ISP's homepage.
It's interesting that AOL should choose now to begin its latest offer, especially with the impending end to BTWholesales ADSL activation discount. More @ Web-User.
