Tiscali ISP Offers Discount Phone Calls

The UK wing of European ISP Tiscali has announced SimplyDial, a discount international phone calls service:
The SimplyDial scheme - which was soft-launched at the beginning of the month and has just started being advertised - offers punters up to 60p off the cost some international calls, compared with BT prices.
The Register reports that tens of thousands have already subscribed to the service, which puts the charges onto your existing phone bill instead of a separate one.
