The UKs largest cable operator, NTL, has licensed Real Media's Insight XE Web Analytics software to analyse the content usage patterns of its broadband users:
NTL plans to use the results of the analysis to ascertain how visitors react to particular content depending on its location on the page and the amount of time the content stays on the site. It is also keen to analyse the performance of content from different partners.The results could be used to better focus NTLs broadband content toward what people actually want to see. More @
