NetBenefit Offers NTL Users A Domain

Customers of NTLs various Internet access services will be pleased to learn that the operator has teamed up with NetBenefit. The deal will provide NTL Home's 1.4 million Internet customers with the opportunity to purchase a domain name:
NETBENEFIT PARTNERS WITH NTL HOME FOR DOMAIN REGISTRATION SERVICES
NetBenefit, the UK's leading web hosting and domain name management company, today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement for the provision of domain name registration services with NTL Home, the UK's fourth largest ISP and leading provider of broadband services.
Under the agreement, NetBenefit will provide NTL Home's 1.4 million Internet customers with the opportunity to purchase a domain name through ntlworld.com, NTL Home's Internet portal. The new service offers users a quick and efficient way to search and register a domain name for their website creations.
Recent research by NTL Home suggests that broadband customers are twice as likely to set up their own webspace than dial-up customers. 21% of broadband customers have at some stage set up a website, so the NetBenefit service will be of particular interest to NTL Home's 911,000 broadband customers.
