Following Oftels recent decision to force BT into dropping the charges for wholesale (FRIACO) Internet access, UK ISP Tesco.net has cut the price of its unmetered dialup by 50p to £12.49 per month:

Unfortunately many other providers may well consume the savings without passing anything on to end-users, that's if their suppliers bother to pass the comparatively large discount on in the first place.
