Nildram ease Broadband Upgrade Blues
Nildram, one of the UKs highest performing providers of Broadband ADSL Internet connection, have today announced their participation in the new Broadband Product Re-Grade Trial.
Nildram has been offering service re-grades between Broadband products since the launch of its revised portfolio in August allowing a customer to re-grade between any current Nildram Broadband service for £35 plus VAT. However, restrictions with BT provisioning systems have meant that for many re-grades a Cease and Re-Provide is required with resulting days of downtime.
However, from 6th October Nildram are participating in a BT Wholesale trial that enables users to re-grade between any of their current products without significant downtime. The cost for this improved service? Still only £35 plus VAT!
Broadband users currently with other ISPs, but looking to upgrade to a faster Nildram service, can also take advantage of this new process, but will have to migrate their existing service to Nildram first, before applying to re-grade their connection speed.
The Nildram Broadband range now comprises dsl, dslPro and dslSecure service offerings, with a variety of connectivity options. dslSurf500, dsl500, dsl1000 and dsl2000 employ the same high performance services that have built Nildram's reputation as the UKs No. 1 Broadband Service Provider and include e-mail and backup facilities to ensure peace of mind. The dslPro and dslSecure 500/100/2000 services are geared for users who require a resilient, always on service, and includes an Anytime FRIACO account for use in the unlikely event that the Broadband service does not operate correctly.

Iain Ogilvie, Nildrams Marketing Manager comments: As a company that has championed customer choice in the Broadband marketplace, we are particularly pleased to be able to offer this new migration service to Nildram Broadband customers as it provides a peace of mind solution to those wishing to upgrade their Broadband connectivity with minimal downtime.
