Invisible Networks, the broadband wireless ISP that recently announced it had failed to find a buyer in time, may have one last chance after media coverage sparked some renewed interest in the company:
At the moment there's no indication how strong that interest is, especially in light of the admission by IN execs that they had failed in their attempts to find a buyer for the business and its assets.
Still, should the business fail to be sold as a whole, the liquidators said that the business could still be split up. At the moment, IN is manned by a handful of staff after nine were made redundant on Friday. One wonders whether GX Networks isn't sniffing around for another acquisition, although we should find out soon enough.
