Tiscali Launch 150Kbps ADSL - £15.99

UK ISP Tiscali has launched a unique 150Kbps "broadband" ADSL product for just £15.99 per month (+ £25 setup fee), which includes a free USB modem and two microfilters on a 12 month contract.
Typically many people would find fault with a 150Kbps service being called 'broadband'. Still, it does at least bring an NTL style product to BTs coverage and could help to bridge the economic divide between dialup and ADSL.
Of course, not everybody agrees: "Tiscali are really just dressing up a basic product launch with spin," a BT spokesperson told BBC News Online. "All they are doing is announcing yet another product, which other companies are already offering."
