FIRENET ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF FREE-MONTH OFFER

Firenet Ltd has announced it is making its free-month offer permanent on all its unmetered dial-up products, after the huge initial success of the deal. The company has also announced further improvements to dial quality through six new dial-in numbers.

Firenet CEO Alan Castle said: 'Since we began offering new customers a free month, we have seen our customer numbers rocket.

To cope with the rising demand, not only have we made this offer permanent, but we have six new dial-in numbers so that customers can alternate between numbers if they find a line busy.

This is yet another value-added quality product, which will serve to cement our reputation as the most customer-orientated ISP in the UK. Alongside our existing services to our customers - such as free unlimited emails and webspace, free computer-related support, and full value-added member services – this shows our dedication to listening to the customer and ensuring the best-value service possible.
