UK ISP Aardvaak has introduced a new opt-in (optional) and free of charge anti-SPAM (junk e-mail) system for its customers e-mail addresses:
AARDVAAK OFFERS AntiSPAM EMAIL
Aardvaak (http://www.aardvaak.net), one of the UK's Free ISPs, announces the launch of their opt-in AntiSPAM service. Due to the recent dramatic increase in the volume of Spam emails being received, Aardvaak now offers all subscribers the option of having their email checked before it arrives in their mailbox.
Not only does this reduce the burden on reading and deleting email, it also saves time and money by reducing the amount of email that needs to be downloaded.
AntiSPAM is offered to all subscribers completely free of charge. Its good to see another ISP giving customers the OPTION of enabling such filters, although also offering some level of user control remains the ultimate goal.
