Computer maker DELL and UK ISP One.Tel have been contracted to offer what's being calling the 'COMPLETE BROADBAND SOLUTION'. It's currently only a pilot with room for 100 subscribers, although for £35 per month and a one-off payment of £199 you get an ADSL connection, DELL PC system, xDSL modem, micro filters and more..:

Complete Broadband is accepting registrations from people who want to be among the first 100 to receive and test the Complete Broadband package, prior to its official launch at the end of this month (September 2003).
