ABC Preps 2nd Broadband Conference

The Access to Broadband Campaign group is to hold its second conference, entitled "Revolution at the Edge: Broadband Networks and Innovation", between 27th and 28th January 2004.
Two government ministers, including the eMinister Stephen Timms, are expected to speak. The conference itself will be held near Heathrow at the Cisco Europe Headquarters.
