Exmoor-Broadband has today become the latest one-way broadband satellite offering ISP to enter the market. The service is backed by plenexis's SKYBOOSTER system with prices going from £19.99 per month for a 256Kbps package:
A unique new service is available for Exmoor and the West country now!
Our system Works by utilising your existing phone line and dial up connection and boosting the internet connection to high speed broadband.
It sends your requests to the internet and then the reply is beamed down from The Astra constellation of satellites to a card in your PC via a Minidish mounted inconspicuously on your property.
We can Reach where BT are unable to go! Town or Country!
Why put up with Dial up when you can have up to 4 times the speed of ADSL
Working with the Exmoor National Park Authorities Guidance, our installers are familiar with their concerns and we make great efforts to mount as inconspicuously as possible.
We install all the Software and Hardware, including the Satellite modem in your PC and configure and fully test your system. We can Even upgrade Sky systems so that only one dish is needed.
Self install packages are available for expert users.
The service is now available for Both business and private individuals.
