Title: con artists
I joined Eclipse four years ago, they stopped doing my 'package' and said I had to sign up to another which I did. Now I am going abroad and have cancelled the contract they have taken my start date as that of the new contract not the original......... so I have been a full paying customer for over four years and they have dumped a £50 early termination penalty on me and a £25 BT line termination fee on me too........... they make me sick, they are no more that thieves!!!!!!!!!!
