I have been with Cerberus for 16 months now, and apart from a few emails to sort out the billing and reverse dns, I have had no need to contact them. I have a cron job that tests the speed every now and then and the speeds are always slightly better than I'm paying for. I've not had any service issues at all.
Signing up was all done online, I've not had to telephone anyone and sit listening to distorted music while someone became available to deal with me.
The price is comparable to any other ISP offering and what dealings I have had with their technical department have been efficiently dealt with. Same to be said for their administration/billing department, nothing seemed too much trouble and the whole experience has been excellent.
My previous ISPs have never been as trouble free or as easy to deal with or contact. (Full disclosure, this is FTTP and my previous experience has all been ADSL).
Full marks for support, full marks for speed, 9 out of 10 for price because I'm tight and think everything is too dear, and 1 star for services because I only have the Internet connection I asked for, no more and no less. Cerberus do have various cloud services, but I have no experience of these and so can't really comment or rate them.
I would recommend Cerberus Networks without reservation.
