UK ISP SAQ Touts New 24Mbps and 96Mbps Broadband Packages

UK ISP SAQ has revamped its website and launched a new range of broadband services, which includes a bonded ADSL2+ package that can reach speeds of up to 96Mbps (4Mbps upstream) with unlimited downloads. Typically the package doesn't come cheap and will set you back £159.99 per month (£1190 setup), though 24Mbps residential options start at just £9.99.

The cheapest £9.99 per month 24Mbps (1Mbps uploads) residential package comes with a 2GB usage allowance, 3 (£44.99 setup) or 12 (£29.99 setup) month contract options, two pop3 emails, a dynamic IP, free inbound migration and more. The wireless router costs extra (from £14.99).
Typically bonded business broadband services require several phones lines (e.g. four lines for the 96Mbps package) to operate and special routers to manage them. The top service claims to offer unlimited downloads, although '200GB LIMIT' is mentioned in the name and it is not immediately clear whether this is a usage restriction.
