The little known UK broadband ISP and ISP supplier,
EurISP, appears to have entered into voluntary liquidation according to details spotted by an anonymous source on the
Companies House website. It's not known how many customers the ISP has, though most will remember the provider for the Fast4/EurISP debacle last year (
original news).

In law, liquidation typically refers to the process by which a company (or part of a company) is brought to an end, and the assets and property of the company redistributed. We note that the
Armstrong Watson accountancy firm is in charge of the process. We have attempted to contact EurISP but have so far not received a reply.
UPDATE - 12th June @ 9:26am:Since EurISP has not responded to our hails we decided to do a little more digging and found mention of a company called Aspire Internet Ltd in EurISP's deeper domain details. One quick check of Companies House unearthed the following business, which was incorporated in 2006 and registered in the same region (Huddersfield):
ASPIRE INTERNET LIMITED
(Adam Binks)
HERITAGE EXCHANGE WELLINGTON MILLS
PLOVER ROAD, LINDLEY
HUDDERSFIELD
WEST YORKSHIRE
UNITED KINGDOM
HD3 3HR
Company No. 05832047
We then proceeding to Google Aspire and found the following domain -
http://www.aspireinternet.co.uk , which at the time of writing is identical to the website of EurISP in almost all except name. Liquidation can be fun. Note, EurISP’s website is currently down for “
maintenance”.
