Dealing with broadband ISPs, especially larger providers, is often difficult and there are many occasions where you may feel dissatisfied with the service or support received. To that end ISPreview has spent many hours writing and replacing our old ‘
ISP Complaints’ page, which was no longer as useful as it once was, with a new ‘
Broadband ISP Complaints and Advice’ section (
HERE).
The new section contains detailed information and advice on the problems consumers often experience with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and how to get them resolved (from ADR schemes to legal action and migration codes). It has been assembled in a simple logical order that includes as much detail as possible on your options, without becoming too technical.

We have also retained a copy of the old ISP Complaints page:

We hope that all the effort put into writing this new content will be of use to readers. In addition, we have also recently updated our
'Broadband ISP Technology' section with new content.
