Customers attempting to contact UK ISP Be Broadband could be in for a bit of frustration after the provider’s phone lines were knocked out of action just before midday today. BE has apologised for the problem and is "
urgently working" to get it resolved ASAP.
BE Status Update:
"We’re urgently working on it and will have them up and running as soon as possible. If you have a query in the meantime please raise a ticket or initiate a live chat with one of our agents via your Member Centre. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused."
At the time of writing there were no further updates and the situation appears to be on-going.
UPDATE 1:42pmThe problem has now been fixed.
