Mobile operator O2 is currently offering its 3GB Mobile Broadband usage allowance package on a 24 month contract for £10 per month with a free USB Modem (Dongle) and unlimited Wi-Fi for the first 4 months (£15 thereafter).
O2 has also cut the price of its Pay As You Go (PAYG) Mobile Broadband Modem from just under £30 to £20. Customers then pay either £2 per day for a 0.5GB (500MB) usage allowance, £7.50 for 7 days with 1GB or £15 for 30 days of 3GB. Unlimited Wi-Fi is also included.
Elsewhere Orange has also cut the price on two of its 18 month contract services. The 3GB package has been reduced from £15 to £7.50 per month for the first 3 months of service until 31st January 2010. The 10GB service has also been cut from £25 to £12.50 over the same period. Both include a FREE USB Modem.
