UK ISP Zen Internet Appoints New Head of Customer Operations

Broadband and hosting provider Zen Internet has announced the appointment of Richard Ahern as its new Head of Customer Operations. Immediately prior to joining Zen, Richard worked for the Department for Work and Pensions as a Contact Centre Specialist across a complex multi-site operation.Richard’s other previous experience includes providing customer support services to Tiscali Business Services, Broadsystem Ventures, Leeds Building Society and Halifax Bank.
