The Smith Media Group (formerly VTL Internet) has today announced the availability of its new "unlimited" broadband packages (subject to coverage) from £19.99 per month and alternative products for those in incompatible (non-LLU) areas.Clive Smith, Director of Smith Media Ltd, said:

Interestingly SmithMedia claims to offer a "100% online guarantee", adding that "if your internet goes down, so does the price". The newcomer is currently offering a support service for other ISP's allowing them to announce 24/7 coverage using the Smith Media support team.
