UK ISP Eclipse Internet Nominated for a Best Customer Service Award

Broadband provider Eclipse Internet has been shortlisted in two categories at this year's South West Contact Centre Awards. The ISP is shortlisted for the Best Customer Service award, and its technical support manager, Will Lebatteux, is a finalist in the search to find the Call Centre Manager of the Year, managing 100 agents or less.Clodagh Murphy, Director of Eclipse, said:

The South West Contact Centre Awards 2010 are being held at the Grand Thistle Hotel in Bristol on Thursday 24th June.
