Telecoms giant BT Retail UK has doubled the monthly download allowance of its
Total Broadband Option 2 package, which costs £20.99 inc. VAT per month as a standalone service, from a paltry 20GB to 40GB (12 month contract).
The service can also be bundled with line rental and an unlimited weekend calling plan from £7.49 per month for the first three months and then £17.99 a month thereafter plus £11.54 line rental (18 month contract).
Sadly the anytime calling option is now only available via BT's bundle with its Option 3 (unlimited usage allowance) package from £19.99 per month for the first three months and then £27.99 a month thereafter + £11.54 line rental.
