Mobile operator and ISP O2 UK has this week launched a new range of new 'Business Broadband' packages for fixed line customers, which will be primarily focused towards small firms and those who work from home. Existing O2 mobile customers will also benefit from a £5 per month discount, just as their Home packages already do.

The 'Access' package is available to those who are not covered by O2's cheaper unbundled ( LLU ) broadband network (i.e. BT only telephone lines), although it's hard to find details of this option on O2's website. As a result we are not sure what kind of usage allowance it has.

Customers can also pay an extra £10 per month for a 24-hour fix guarantee (Fast Fix) and a back-up Mobile Broadband USB Modem (Dongle). The 30 Day Happiness Guarantee is also included, in case customers change their mind and don't like the service.
