Broadband ISP Eclipse Internet has been "
Highly Commended" for customer service in the annual 2011
South West Contact Centre Forum Awards (SWCCF). Eclipse's William Lebatteux received the praise as part of SWCCF's
Manager of the Year With Under 100 Personnel award.

The commendation recognised the management’s huge success in promoting consistently excellent service among the team. William Lebatteux, Eclipse’s Contact Centre Manager is in his second year at the helm, yet has achieved a huge increase in one of the most measurable results of great service: customers happy to recommend Eclipse.
Since William started work, the percentage of our customers recommending us has more than doubled from 45% to 92%.
The ISP claims that its customer service teams currently
receive an average of 30 customer compliments each month, compared to just 12 complaints.
