Broadband providers Zen Internet and Be Broadband have
come top in Which? magazines latest consumer study of ISP quality, value, performance and general customer satisfaction. By contrast both AOL UK and Orange can be found languishing at the bottom (i.e. worst).
Which?
Recommended Providers must score well for customer service, ease of setup, connection speed, reliability and technical support – and receive an overall score of 70% or more. Only Zen Internet , Be Broadband , Eclipse Internet , Utility Warehouse , GreenBee and PlusNet made the grade.
Which? Magazine said:
"Zen Internet is the best – it has retained the top spot in our survey for the fifth time in a row. It might not win hearts and minds when it comes to value – but it was awarded five stars for every other aspect of its service and received an overall customer score of 84%."
