The Cloud, a BSkyB ( Sky Broadband ) owned Wi-Fi Hotspot operator, has announced via Twitter that they've teamed up with
Caffè Nero, a continental-style Italian Cafè in Great Britain, to begin offering
FREE wireless internet access across all 400+ of their nationwide outlets.
How to access Caffè Nero WiFi
1. Switch on your smart phone, laptop or tablet and check that Wi-Fi is enabled.
2. Select 'Wi-Fi Zone – The Cloud' from the available network list.
3. Open your internet browser – the Caffé Nero landing page will appear.
If it’s your first time using The Cloud Wi-Fi network, you’ll need to follow the simple two-step registration process. Or, if you already have an account with The Cloud Wi-Fi network or have logged in at a Caffe Nero already you can just log in using your existing account details.
Officially the service is due to become available from
September 2011, although a number of outlets already have the system running.
